Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email Support@poeticmagnets.com with your order number and a description of the item you’d like to return. Please don’t send anything back before your return request has been approved.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@poeticmagnets.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We aren’t responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the quickest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation by contacting us at Support@poeticmagnetes.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee cancellations after an order has entered processing or been shipped.
